2008 Official Nominations Open Thru 10/6/08 (Posted: 9/22/2008)

Now, in its third year, the San Diego H.A.T. Awards is introducing new artist services (full-services recording studio, WebTools website subscriptions for artists) and website features (expanded member features, new design and easier profile management).
